User Reviews

12/19/2015  -  An OurParents User Writes:

My mother recently stayed at Crescent Cities Center. I was pleased to see that our experience was contrary to the earlier reviews posted about this Center. The nursing staff took wonderful care of her and they were very thoughtful. The therapy team was great helping my Mom to get stronger and walk. I could not have been happier and would recommend this place to others.

If there was an option to give a 0 for a review, I would. Nurses are not responsive and not friendly. I have to wonder why they chose this profession. They obviously don't have people skills or compassion.

Response: THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. THEY NEGLECT THE PATIENTS. THEY SHOW NO CARE OR CONCERN. THE NURSES AND DOCTORS HAVE TERRIBLE BED SIDE MANNER. DONT LET THE LOOKS OF THIS PLACE FOOL YOU. WE MOVED OUR FAMILY MEMBER FROM THIS FACILITY FOR FEAR THAT DEATH WOULD SOON BE NEAR LEAVING OUR FAMILY IN THE CARE OF THIS FACILITY.

Response: This place is a nightmare. I would rather die than stay there again!!! Most of the nurses are so MEAN and hateful. You lose your ability to walk from being kept in bed for so long. I wet the bed three times and then male nurses leaned me up!
My sister finally dragged me out of there and I had to get trainers to teach me to walk again.

Response: Really, the male nurses "leaned" you up. Why would you try to frighten people. Clearly you are not very intelligent by your inability to write.
