My friend was dumped here because no other facility had a bed. The first thing I noticed was the trash on the floors in the hallway and in my loved one's room. The room was a mess, littered and disorganized. The staff are abominable. More interested in talking to friends on the phone than helping me as I waited patiently for assistance. After 2 days the hygene care had not been addressed...the answer was always, I'll look into that. BS. Attitude from the nursing staff, not a friendly face amongst them. The HEAD of the physcian staff took notes on the back of a cookie wrapper because he couldn't find the chart. No use ringing the call button, no one ever comes. If 2 months in the hospital didn't kill him, this place might.

Like another reviewer, my mother was dumped here due to no other availability anywhere else. We arrived during meal time and the place was a circus, screaming and hollering at patients to get back in their rooms, it was as if they were all starving. I have never seen patients try to get their own food during meal time. I stayed until 10pm worried that mom would not receive good care, her roommate's family spent the night because they also were worried about service and slept in a chair. My mother was brought back to the hospital the very next day, with non-stop bleeding from her surgical area. I called at 5am to see how mom slept, the nurse said peacefully all night - right there I knew she was lying. Mom has to have a pill to make her sleep outside of her home, I rushed over at lunch to find out she had been seen by a doctor - but had been bleeding out for hours. An ambulance was called while I waited on my lunch break, doctor was kind and informative, but I would not recommend this location - and made sure she would be placed elsewhere upon her departure from the hospital. Unfortunately, you can not give 1/2 a star as a rating.

i am appaualed at the level of care at this facility. My experience with this facilty has been strained at best. The staff has more excuses than ability. Always and excuse as to why something is wrong. I'm sorry we came here

I was visiting my Uncle over the holiday's and I could not believe my eyes. The type of service that was being provided was worst that I have ever experienced. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful and it appeared that they didn't want to be there to assist the patients at all. I will be finding another place for my uncle as soon as possible. I fear for his safety and well-being in this place.
