The caregivers are great but the injuries go unreported to family members. Lack of staff on weekends and the remaining staff looks overworked.

This facility does not provide the care in which it states that it does. Nurses are not to be found when questions arise about your family member. All responsibility is placed on the general caregivers who are not allowed to tell you information but are required to perform then nurses duties for which they are not trained to do or allowed by law to do. My family member was sent for dialysis and sent back due to their toiletry needs had not been met. Management is lacking in their duties as well as the higher staff. The only pleasure I found were the caregivers! But they can only do so much and they seem to have a BIG turn over of good caregivers.

Filthy, disgusting, aloof staff, very unfriendly.. We withdrew our family member within 36 hours as we felt his needs were not met. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
