Response: Old equipment. Not up with the times.
Hand crank beds, no flat screen tis, no telephone, activities lacking, physical therapy is hidden in the basement and they don't want to view your loved ones doing physical therapy. Not certified therapists. Lacking in staff who are caring and skilled.

Response: Keeps changing ownership. Same problems. The only thing good about the place is the food is fresh and made daily.
No processed food. Healthy meals and they are adaptive to the residents diet
restrictions.

Response: Lacks professional medical care. Medical Director has been sued for false bills for medical treatment he never performed.
Review your medical statements.

Response: No refrigerators for residents. No place to put home made meals from home. After the kitchen staff leaves, no food for the residents is available. No snacks during the day. No ice cream. No juice.

Response: Medical doctors are hardly there and rarely come in to talk to their residents.
Quality medical care is lacking. Not enough certified nursing assistants.

Response: Only one doctor for long term care residents. He is an embarrassment to the medical profession. Check your insurance statement. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Response: Doctor for long term is an obnoxious and has no bedside manners. Hardly there. No show doctor and bills you pretending he is taking care of your family member.

Response: 2016 all the help is jumping ship. Your limited to only one doctor at this facility. He is incompetent, rude, insulting, and a money hungry. A greedy Donkey. Review your billing statements.

Response: Doctor at this facility has no bedside manners! Stay away. They need competent physicians here, your stuck with this dinosaur. He is hardly there and does not spend anytime with your loved one.
