I just competed one week of rehab at Heritage North after a total knee replacement. Fabulous experience with great results. I am going back soon for my second knee in a few weeks.

My husband was in the north building for rehab. This place should be closed down. It is a pigpen. I never saw any rehab that they don't even wipe down the equipment. Two people on the rehab bed at the same time. After only 5 days I took my husband out before he caught something. DUMP

This facility is awful. They have no compassion. It was absolutely the worse experience with medical care I have ever experienced. I had a total knee replacement and the physical therapists were terrible. I would never advise anyone to go to this place and expect to be cared for. I have reported them to Boston and hope that they close this place.

I have been trying to move my aunt out of Heritage Hall for over a month now. There appears to have been a major change and it has not been for the better. My Aunt has become dehydrated 3 times in the past three or four months. this did not happen because she refused to eat or drink but rather that staff was not allocated the proper time to feed her. She was just admitted to the hospital and is being treated for dehydration as well as infection. I was told by a nurse today that she is had a bedsore that needed attention when she was admitted. When she is discharged she will not be going back to Heritage Hall.
