I would not give this facility one star for anything. We were very disappointed. When asked to have linens changed because they were soiled the response was - I'll look into it - we only have to change them once a week. They claimed they did not received a check then asked for another check and then deposited both checks the same day. An ethical business would have called and returned one of the checks. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

My experience with the Center for Extended Care has been nothing but fantastic! The care they gave to my mother was phenomenal, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Although the food they served could have been a little better (standard hospital food), everything else was just wonderful.
As far as the cleanliness of the building and rooms go, this was by far one of the best I've seen. The room my mother stayed in was extremely clean, and the entire building was free of any unpleasant orders that seem to be prevalent in other nursing homes.
Overall, the Center for Extended Care is a five star facility that goes above and beyond to provide great care. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of nursing home or rehabilitative services.
