Difficult to communicate with regarding specific needs. Appear to just leave patients in beds all day. Not much resource or activity, more like hospital room environment without the care. Missed several problems had to bring patient to another facility for care.

Response: where did you end up and was it better, im looking for a new facility. I've had a very negative experience at Marina Bay

My father was in the TCU last month and got exceptional care. I thought the nursing staff and nurses aides were very accomadating to his needs and our familys needs. Physical therapist Aid, Tina was phenominal....truly a gifted person in this field, an asset to this facility. Being a healthcare worker in this field I was very impressed to say the least. I would highly recommend this facility.
