the place is dirty, no housekeeping pr supervisors on weekends, cna that don,t aleays speak english, other residents in and out of your room and bathroom all the time. you have to share a bathroom with 4 other residents, meds never on time, try having to go to the bathroom wait 2 hrs for someone to come cause you cannot get out of bed yourself, and then be told I'll be back. you feel real good about yourself when you can't hold it anymore and wet yourself. You can talk all you want to the DON/Supervisors, it gets you nothing done, but closed eyes by them and no answers!!!!Be told you can't leave for 30 days or you will lose your insurance and end up paying 1/2 the bill. So much for short term after surgical care at a Rehab whose answer is 'WE are not used to having young people here"Also having to train all the cna's on thge use of my machine because they have never seen one before. Have I called the state yet,not yet but will if there are no answers/solutions by the end of this day.

What a nightmare. My mother's medicines were administered incorrectly. Food was served cold. The dim and dingy room was in poor repair. Patients sat by the hour in wheelchairs, watching time pass. My mother was admitted to Cape Regency for short-term rehab following hospitalization. Within 48 hours, we got her out of there. We arranged for home care, which was better for her physical and mental health than this facility.
