Epoch of Norton is no longer a 5 star facility, or anywhere close to it. Not the worst I've ever see but I would never let my parents end up there. The nursing staff is extremely rude and impatient. The housekeeping staff is repulsive and they never clean up after meals. As of 2012 it's down to 1 star, and it will probably stay that way.
