I work for _________ ambulance company, I go to Bear Hill or "Bear Kill" often enough to know this place is everything wrong with healthcare. We don't let the LPN sign are fourms only an RN, and trying to get one to sign is a long and drawn out process. I've had to transport alot of people and most of the times there soaked and been sitting in a mess. I've heard stories but I won't go into detail. My advice is to stay away from BEAR KILL. Try Rosewood or Glen Ridge or Woodbriar. Don't go to BEAR KILL

A few years ago my grandmother went into Bear Hill I think it was always a bad smell in there. The staff members were somewhat nice and helpful, but compared to other places she had been it was not as clean and the nurses aides were quite rude and aggresive. I would never send any other relative there.

Excellent place. Very involved management. Any problems were address immediately. My elderly family member was able to return home and live independantly after a major fall that brought her into bear hill.
