My mother was there for rehab but is now full time resident. When she was on the rehab unit, she was treated outstanding! Now that she was moved upstairs to be a full time resident, they treat her terrible!!! Took over an hour for someone to just bring her a glass of water!!! We are not happy with the staff on the second floor!!
