Our mom lived at Christopher House for 2 years. Although it was not our plan to have her stay in a nursing home, I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff cared for her as if she was their own mom. Her nurses and CNA's have become members of our extended family. Our family highly recommends Christopher House

We found the staff and doctors at Christopher House to be very compassionate and kind. The care they gave to mom on the rehab unit was wonderful- she left stronger and more independent than she had been in years! My family highly recommends Christopher House.

Please do not send your loved on here. My loved one received poor care, always waiting and waiting for staff to do as requested. Food sitting in hall way because of being under staffed.

Christopher house is a good place when it comes to specific things. I dont appreciate the treatment that the laundry supervisor (izabel neves) has towards does who arent her owm races (brazilians) iam currently a CNA and i really dont like the treatment she gives to those who arent her own kind. I believe Walter should consider on finding someone better than her. Another thing is that i have seen one of the laundry worker who works in the morning i have caught two of them in 4 different occation stealing residents clothes and izabel is full aware of it and has done nothing about it.

This place helped kill my mother. She had a feeding tube and they were giving her laxatives. They staff said we can not do anything because it is on her chart. The doctor was not available to change the chart. She was diabetic and they were giving her dangerous levels of sugar foods in her feeding tube. I would NEVER take anybody I like here. She also developed MRSA staph infection from this place.

We recently took my Mom out of the long term care and moved her to another facility. She was in rehab here and care was awful! Basically left my Mom in a chair while she had pneumonia. She needed to be helped with feeding and nobody assisted her.People in Brookside dimentia unit are herded like cattle. Fire inspector needs to look at the safety issues at this place.
