I don't recommend this nursing home. My relative is in Rehab and she dislikes the staff and dislikes the food. She was miserable there. She often got her meds 3 hours late. Choose another place if you love your parents and elder relatives

Sorry but I cannot recommend this nursing home. Although it has an updated look, the staff is unresponsive and my mother received poor care.

Response: I also would not recommend this facility to anyone. My mother went there for rehab. She entered the facility doing extremely well after surgery. In her second week, after waiting 3 days to be seen by a doctor and falling unattended in the bathroom, we had her taken to the emergency room in Norwood for care. She died the following morning.

I would not recommend the Maples to a friend. My mother was there for rehabilitation and it seemed that their answer to any problem was to give her more medication. She was walking and talking and feeding herself we she entered, 10 days later she was sent to the hospital by ambulance as she could no longer walk, talk or feed herself. The staff at the hospital was shocked at all the drugs in her system.
That said, the nurses at the Maples were great.
