Harbor Chase has been a true blessing for my mom and our family, once we were unable to care for her at home. The staff is definitely the jewel in the crown, they are compassionate and caring (to both clients AND their families)and I can't imagine my mom any place else. I am thankful every day that we found Harbor Chase!

They treat my dad like one of their own family members. When he first moved it was really hard for me to give up his care to someone else. Now I realize what a blessing it is! He is happy, clean and most of all he loves the food! The nurses always contact me when something is going on with him. We are also very happy!

short on staff, processed foods,NO GENERATOR,meds not given on time,"snacks" consisting of pkged cookies, crackers, entertainment consisting mainly of television, mice traps found in one building, spraying for ants often{even in winter?} and staff obviously not trained in how to care for the elderly, much less those with dementia.Disgracefull and sad way to treat our elderly.Keep looking, don't make the same mistake we did.
