The appearance of the decor is very nice. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The rehab workers are very nice and about 2 of the aides was very hard workers. But the sad thing is why would u apply for a job like
this taking care of sick people just for a paycheck. They're understaff and not qualified . Management and the RN nurses need to be fired and start all over with new employees and properly trained and educated. There's no need for a call button when no one answer it . It rings
For about 15 minutes before anyone responds. The State needs to cone in and evaluate this facility.

Response: WOW its really sad when you write a review and Cartel has to approve it how pathetic is that, they decide what will be approved before the truth is to be told I know because I was a resident there for 22 days and what I wrote was edited and I wasnt a interested visitor I was a resident how can Cartel pick and chose what they want to print or approve thats exactly why the truth about this place is never told why would they print the dirt on this place.

Long term facility care is good although there is only staffed by nursing assistants. Rooms are adequate but not cleaned well regularly. Food is mediocre and they seem to run out of staples and sometimes dont have enough meals on hand for all residents.

Response: Another absolutely great answer if one is honest that star rating would be at 2 if that very sad.

I had my loved one at this facility. The building and rooms were cleaned daily and as needed. The staff were friendly and if they didn't know an answer they would find someone who would. Everyone has the occasional bad experience but if you want to avoid that, choose Caretel.

    Response: JOKE

My husband was a patient there for 6 weeks. We waited for call lights to be answered. We had to tell them when his portable oxygen needed to be changed since no one ever checked it. He has COPD and a mandatory order for a bypap machine to be used at night was only followed through when they remembered to put it on him. The rooms were not cleaned very often. I one told a nurse that he was quite congested and coughing only to be told that she was not his nurse and that I would have to go find his. I complained to the administrator about all of this but only after my husband was taken to the hospital and placed on a respirator for over a week. There is no communication between the nursing staff at all. It is a beautiful place on the outside is all I can say about it.

Response: And its sad that not one of your remarks has changed anything from 2013 to 2016 residents left in wheel chairs to sleep all day never once see them have a drink or asked if they were hungry or would like something this place needs to have some spies in the facility watching these so-called CENAS and or nurses, oh wait they have cameras right? SERIOUSLY MOST RESIDENT ARE NEGLECTED VERY SAD.
