I have been hiring caregivers for my elderly parent since 2009.
This agency is horrible. The first 2 shifts were no call no shows so I had to make last minute arrangements! The next shift was covered by a very overweight worker who could not even fit into my bathroom to toilet my elderly parent. There were so many miscommunications in addition to the horrible staff. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY UNLESS YOU HAVE AN EXTREME AMOUNT OF PATIENCE FOR MISSED DAYS AND TIMES.
