User Reviews

We had them for 7 years. They contracted to have 24 hour service at a retirement home in East Lansing. Upon bringing my mom from hospital, I inadvertently found out that they had not been providing on call from 12-6 a.m. They never told me that they were doing this (in fact they tried to keep it a secret there) In this case my mom was left unattended in case she needed someone. This is unacceptable and unscrupulous behavior. I will be switching to another company as soon as my mom gets over her attachment to the employees. And I had to contract with another company to fulfill the commitment that I thought I had with Evergreen.
