My Mother has been there for 6 months now and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is wonderful. My mom has done so much better since placing her there. My family visited so many places before choosing this place. I would recommend this place to anyone looking. It definitely has been the best move we could have made.

When you first go to this place you will be told all these good things will happen, in reality your loved one will be confined to a chair not allowed to the bathroom or bedroom as they are both on lock down , they do not call you or a nurse when your loved one falls and they let non employees babysit your loved one as well... I would not recommend anyone stay here , the owner tells lie after lie and even her own employees know she does ... this place needs to be shut down !

Yes a horrible place. The recliners are lined up tight against each other. No water or anything for the residents to drink. The staff yells at anyone who tries to get out of their chair.

This is a horrible place. Staff spends most of there time on the phone.

Response: Yes, place is absolutely terrible! All the residents are confined to their chairs not allowed to get up or walk. Not allowed to be in their rooms - must be in the living room sitting all day. My grandmother now has terrible sores on her rear from them not taking care of her. Would go days without her adult diaper being changed. Toilet paper not allowed in the bathroom - only wet wipes. None of the staff are certified nurses, they all just sit there on their phones and their only job is to make sure no one gets out of their chair or leaves the room. Overcrowded. Loses personal items and medical records. HORRIBLE!!!

Response: Absolutely correct my mom was there one month spent a week in the hospital. Now can't can't get her medication bc the billed her insurance and received her medication and never informed the pharmacy that my mom was no longer a resident there plus on called the Dr. that was suppose to have seen her there and they have no record of Dr. Lisa Lindsay ever seeing my mom total scammers.
