Don't put your loved ones in Bennet homes. They are fake, greedy, people who do this strictly for the money. They are neglectful and abusive. Been investigated by the state many times. They need to be SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!

Response: They are right with all that is said thanks for u whoever you are

Response: The state of Michigan needs to Good in walk around the house from the outside were you will find there food on the dock on the back porch with coverage over them and walk around the inside were there is a lot of unhealthy act's left undone Thanks please help them people

Response: Whoever wrote this review seems to have a personal dissatisfaction with Bennett Home Care and would defame a business rather than file a proper grievance with Bennett Home Care. To post such allegations without penning a name to it tells me of someone who would "throw a rock and hide their hand." (Whether it be a family member, previous resident, or former employee.) Bennett Home Care is highly referred by hospitals, nursing centers, guardians, families of residents, social workers, State of Michigan Human Services as well as Social Security Administration. We know and understand that we cannot satisfy everyone's needs and we cautiously assess possible residents to ensure a proper fit with co-inhabitants of our homes, but sometimes because of their condition(s) whether it be psychological, sociological or physical we have to approach the matter with the safety and wellbeing of all residents and employees first. If a resident, resident's family or friends become contrary to the total welfare of Bennett Home Care then we must take action immediately... We have policies in place and follow them in order for to have smooth transition of day-to-day operations. Investigations are a vital part of this type of business and we've had very few complaints against us and the few investigations we've had were always found unmerited. I would like thank the friend who brought this malicious, unfounded, demeaning and blatant attempt to defame us allegations to our attention... We have never been contacted by this site or the one who wrote the review. But we have many satisfied residents and their families who would attest to our motto... Bennett Home Care... "Where love overflows." Rev. Germany Bennett & Kimberly Bennett (proprietors) of Bennett Homes... And unlike the reviewer... Our phone number is 313-790-3522.
