There is no air conditioning and the patients' windows are open, mostly without screens. Someone could fall out of the window. The nurses are rude and intimmidating.They act like it is inconvienient to have to do anything for the patients. Patients have to request pain meds for hours. Call lights do not get answered, and if they do the staff has attitudes.
