At last check, the facility had 75 residents indicating that it is 85% occupied which is about average within the state of Michigan. The provider accepts both medicare and medicaid programs, and provides resident counseling services.
This nursing home and assisted living facility, is not located in a hospital or a continuing care retirement community (CCRC). As of November 2012, the medicare rating for Lutheran Home Livonia, was 2 stars, which is a lower rating than 63% of nursing homes in Michigan. My father was in the Lutheran home in 2011, we were very satisfied with his care, all of the staff were very helpful and curtious. The facility is very clean, comfortable and pleasant.

Marywood Nursing in Livonia no longer accepts Asst. Living. Only
Perm. Nursing home residence and Rehab for short term. Marywood
gets five stars from me a Daughter who has her Mom there as a
long term resident. They are wonderful to my Mom and her medical
needs are attented to weekly by a Doctor and RN's are on staff 24/7
I would recommend Marywood Nursing Care for top-notch rehab or
long term care. Thank God for caring places like Marywood !
