"Our facility is a 3,200 sq foot ranch home with a lower-level walkout. Resting on over 12 acres of private land with plenty of wildlife. Built in 2004, the facility presents with modern architect design which includes cathedral ceilings, french doors and hard wood maple flooring. Our mission is to provide exceptional care to adults in a stress-free assisted living home environment. We are committed to treating all our residents with dignity and respect. Accommodations are made for adults diagnosed with dementia, TBI, disabilities and or physical limitations. Special diet and food preparation, In-home visiting-physician, nursing care services, physical and occupational therapy services provided.  Amenities include cable-ready access bedrooms, private and semi-private room with shared bath. Semi-private room with a private  with Jacuzzi tub, sit-in shower and double sink. Lower-level suite with private full bath, living area and kitchenette. Great room with gas-lit fireplace and formal dinning area. ADL’s and personal care services provided, including bathing assistance, grooming/ hygiene care assistance, housekeeping and laundry services, mobility and transfer assistance, medication administration and diabetic care management, catheter and incontinence care management. We offer a variety of activities to meet the resident’s social, physical, and spiritual needs, including regularly scheduled indoor and outdoor activities, scheduled shopping trips, limited banking services. Limited transportation services provided by licensed driver. All our staff members are required to complete an FBI finger printing background check upon hire and throughout their employment. We offer nursing care services from our state certified LPN/RN. Residential aids are fully trained in first aid, CPR, medications, universal precautions and health. Our caring and compassionate residential aids are here to service the needs of each of our residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Couples are welcome."

Our administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations at D&D Senior Living. Her health services career began back in 1993, while working as a direct support specialist for geriatrics with developmental disabilities. Since 2004, she has owned and operated a state licensed group living facility for adults with disabilities. Over the past decade she has dedicated herself to caring for vulnerable adults. Through hard work and dedication she was able to build an agency with staff members who share her same core values of advocating for adults with special needs. She attended the University of Michigan.
