My mother was transferred from the hospital to continue PT, OT, SP and continue her recovery from a stroke. Upon arrival we were give her room number and nothing more. There we sat and waited for nearly 7 hours, no instructions we provided on dinning routine, no medical attention, not even a nurse appeared. NOTHING!!!!! After going getting a healthy meal from outside the facility for my mother, I went exploring for answers. When I toured the facility prior to our decision to move my mother here, we sold a false bill of sale. We were assured there would be a cardio diet available - not so, everything was fried or heavy on the sodium/fat. Then we were assured that her meds and bathroom assistance would be accommodated - again, not true. Trying to remain calm, we got mom ready for bed and said our good nights. I arrived at 7 am the next morning to find my mother slumped over in bed laying is a urine soaked (not just damp), bed. The doctor had just been in and saw, he did NOTHING. For God's sake, he's a caregiver and he couldn't be bothered to help. Once the sheets were removed from the bed, there were more rings on the mattress than in the trunk of a tree. Disgusting. Still no meds, no blood sugar check, no contact with a nurse. It took a very heated conversation with the director of nursing to get any results. May I also add that the director laughed at me as I told her the situation as though she could care less. I wouldn't recommend this hell hole to my worst enemy. I will give a piece of advice to the deplorable staff, "what goes around, comes around." One day you will need assistance, I hope you get a dose of your own medicine.

These people are beyond heartless. They are not about the patient, they are about lining their pockets. They always attack my family about making payments, even when they got paid already. My family member suffers from dementia and these heartless people harass him about getting payments and threatening to kick him out. What establishment does that to people? They obviously don't put their patients well-being at the top of their priority list. It's all about the money with them.

If you care about your loved ones at all, DO NOT place them here.
