This facility is not what the web site says it is. Yes it is fenced and gated however ,The yard is not kept very tidy and the residents realy have no outdoor activities. They say they have kitchen facilities for patience that can use them the do not have thes facilities. The patience have no privacy as any other patient can just walk in to a room and take or do what they please. The facility is not clean by any standard.I have made several visits and have never seen any planned activities for the resedents.they are severly understaffed as I have only seen 1 or 2 staff members there at any given time. For the price you pay to have your loved ones here they should be actualy helping these people not just watching them wander the hallways.

Response: I, totally, agree! It's far below standards! The owner sits at his desk watching the residents on a monitor. His wife & one son work there, so, I was told. I asked her if she would help my sister wash her hair & cut most of it off, when I left. She said "yse", but never touched it. I am handicapped & couldn't do it. Most places such as this provide help with this & with bathing. There is a very tiny closet for 2 people to hang their clothes. My sister's were dumped on the floor in a corner. The owner complains on the money given to take care of her, but she's been in other places & no mention of the money. It says they don't accept Medicare. Well beside getting Medicaid, that's her income! He drives a very expensive SUV think a Lexus] plus there are 2 other cars parked there....Mercedes & another expensive car. They live in Granger, In.....a high-dollar area with expensive homes. He supposedly has all these degrees & I am wondering if he gets paid, so, little for up to 20 residents, how can he afford these cars & home? He's from Nigeria.....makes me wonder! This place is a step above living on the streets. There is absolutely no activities that I could see, except people sitting around talking....it says under the owners info that it was built in 2002. BS! Maybe, 1902, but no way 2002. Oh, there's a whole lot more....for another day!

Response: By the way, there's a long list of amenities below! What a joke.....there are none! It is a dump with nothing to do at all for recreation or anything else!
