User Reviews

04/08/2013  -  An OurParents User Writes:

This nursing home has gone downhill in the past year. They are chronically understaffed which creates an unsafe environment for residents. Upper level staff are either unavailable and/or arrogant. Direct care staff are generally very good but they are frustrated and exhausted. It sometimes takes 20 to 30 minutes to get an aid to help a resident. This is not their fault, they are severely understaffed. Several staff have left and those who are still there are looking for other jobs. This is a beautiful home that should be the standard bearer for nursing homes in Ottawa County. Instead it is a disgrace. Something needs to be done about the administration at this facility.
