I don't know what other rehab facilities are like but I find Lourdes to be horrible. If you even try to ask a question 9 times out of 10 the answer will be I don't know. When I saw that my mother was given two patches of medication I pointed this out to the nurse and she informed me that she didn't put the patches on therefore she doesn't take them off. I was also told by a nurse it's not her job to help my mom in the bathroom that's what they have aides for. It took us three days to get her medication change. That was three days away from getting her better. One week we kept telling the medical staff we didnt understand why our mom was so tired and the general answer was we don't know but then you find out they're giving her Benadryl three times a day because she complained of her back itching her. They will undermine any chance for your family member to be rehabbed. If you do have to use this facility I would suggest you have somebody there 24 hours a day.

Very disappointed!
