The office head staff at the Manors of Wayne are only there for their pay check. They do not have any concerns over the residients unless it will violate their license. Our questions were left unanswered and the family felt that we were a burden to walk in the office to get information. They gave us a horrible experience and I would not recommend this facilitiy to any person. The social worker publicly talked of my family member in front of others about medical and hygiene. We all found this to be humiliating and unprofessional of her. I would not trust this people to care for a dog , let a human being. HORRIBLE.

Response: I agree , having a horrible experience with my parent there. trying to relocate them

My father is a patient there and has been for the last 2 weeks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is spotless. I can't believe the place was given a 2 rating. Based on the care my dad has gotten and what I've seen there daily: 9/10 hands down. My sisters and I are very pleased and would recommend it.
