I love going to work everyday. The atmosphere feels just like home. Managment is responsive to our needs and the pay is good. I used to work in a nursing home, but the small intimate feeling of Heart to Home allows me to know the residents on a much deeper level. It's a great job and a good company.

Our mom moved into Heart to Home and lived there for a little over 6 months. The staff were warm and friendly and provided my mom with outstanding care. Although we lost our mom to Alzheimer's disease, the last few weeks and days were made much better as a result of the wonderful staff and management at Heart to Home. I highly recommend their services and homes. They homes are clean and well decorated, the staff are friendly and well trained and the meals, activities etc... were all well above average.

Laundry, housekeeping, social programs, and local transportation are typically provided as well. Memory care gives a higher level of attention, regular memory enhancement programs, and social opportunities, all in a secure, warm setting. Memory care is different from the care provided in assisted living, requiring a dedicated staff that is skilled in techniques unique to memory care. Residents live in private or semi-private residences with twenty-four-hour support. Three healthy meals a day plus snacks are provided, as well as housekeeping and laundry services. Structured activities designed specifically for memory impairment encourage mental stimulation. Grounds typically have secured areas, such as walking paths and gardens, for residents to enjoy.
