At last check, the facility had 60 residents indicating that it is 100% occupied which is about average within the state of Minnesota. The provider accepts both medicare and medicaid programs, and provides resident and family counseling services.
This nursing home is located in a hospital. As of November 2012, the medicare rating for Lifecare Roseau Manor, was 4 stars, which is a better rating than 82% of nursing homes in Minnesota. Important to note that this facility has recently detriorated and has gone from 5 stars to 4 stars.

Response: Now they have brought pathways in from Bemidji to quote clean up but in fact only have cut employees and increased the work loads to the point of endangering the residents and negelect. Not to mention to numerous family's and employees that have gone to the ceo of lifecare keith okeson, concerned about the residents ,and or their loved ones. I think it's time for the health department to step in here. I strongly advise to stay away or at least do your homework before coming here.
