The nurses are not knowledgeable in much more than taking a blood pressure. When asked to talk to a manager, I was laughed at, treated like I was stupid, and when I said I needed a piece of tubing I never got when leaving the hospital, they insinuated I was trying to scam them. I did yell at them for their incompetence - but how much can incompetence can you take? I knew more than they did. Do not get your home health care through them! Never talk to Jennifer. Lazy
