My father was at this facility for less than a month. He fell 3-4 times while he was there and the last time he fell he laid in the floor for 20 minutes before being found lying on the floor and his room was near the nurses station. The aids would leave him on the potty, leave the room and come back when they could. When he pushed the help button it would take sometimes over 10 minutes before someone checked on him. The nursing staff was short handed and some just didn't seem to care at all. I went by to see my father in the mornings and evening so I witnessed most of what I am saying. IF YOU TRULY LOVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THEM AT THIS FACILITY. When I told daddy we were taking him home he was so proud and said please get me out of this "jail house".
