the facility is very old and not well maintained; rooms with 2-beds too small to qualify for comfort; bathrooms are stinky, and I mean stinky bad. We had plastic pillows without linen on them. The smallest waste paper container in the area by door. I don't want to talk about the food served other than it was gross, mostly canned food. My husband was in Woodland Village for 18 days and received two baths. Because we left the facility without approval for discharge, we were told by Social Services we would not be receiving the necessary home care that was needed, nor would we receive any medications. I firmly believe there was nothing more my husband could receive from this facility to improve his mobility. Sad place to stay. Yes, it was convenient since we live in Diamondhead, MS.
