The place smells line urine, I was there trying to do volunteer and the staff was rude and I asked after about 1 hour can somebody tell me why it smells so bad I thought maybe it was just a time when a patient had used the bathroom but as time went in the whole building smelt that way. Adams county nurse home is horrible. There is a lot more to the eye than people think I wish I could help those poor people out. There is this younger guy he just walks around and looks lost, he asked me to go to the store for cause nobody would take him or they would not go. It's just a sad and unhappy place.

Response: Have nearly an entire building filled with incontinent confused adults, and you're surprised that it smells of urine?? I dont get why people are this nieve.. what nursing home doesn't smell when it's community is almost entirely incontinent? They have staff that cleans every room throughout every day. Seen it first hand, as i had a relative to stay there long term. Also, if the staff were to take every confused resident out when they wanted to go, no one would get their job finished. If the residents are unhappy like you say, blame it on the family that never visits them. It's not the staff's job to replace family, but most of them do it anyway. Very loving people that work there. Best nursing home in Natchez too!

Response: Sounds like you are one of the rude employees that work there. Take the pissy sheets and clothes out of the hallway and straight to the laundry. That would help.
