The food lacks variety and is almost exclusively canned. Regularly provided services are not so regular (like apartment cleaning). The activities consist of Bingo. That's about it.

Can't say enough great things about The Village. Good food, beautiful room, very nice people. Nurses take good care of the people.

The gym consist of a few machines in a small windowless room. The sprinkler system leaks all the time. Emergency drills are not a practiced routine. The kitchen is poorly ran with a day by day guessing menu. The nuraing staff are inexperienced and dont pay special attention to special needs. The winter time smoking area is a yellow tar covered room. Central air units for dining areas and hallways dont work properly. All in a nutshell just bad. Looks good on outside until you find out how it really works.

Response: My Aunt lived there for over 5 yrs. and loved it, nice place, good care.
