Terrible care. Staff does not give good care. Had to wait long periods of time after pressing call button. Went to the bathroom in bed and laid in it. One day forgot to feed relative.

Response: Yup sounds familiar and my Dad is still there after a year and a 1/2. Thank goodness he's on hospice. I could write a novel on this place:(

Always took over 20 min. to get a Nurse or aide to answer, when pressing button; less than 20 min.per day with CNA/transport/transfer assist per day, RN's too busy chatting with each other, so less than 5 min. per day. Was not bathed in entire stay/or assisted. Had make-up, money, clothes and purse stollen...tried to report and NO SECURITY. Wrong pills given, refused them, and was verbally abused, then sent home without meds. Therapy OT and PT were 4 star. Kitchen and servers very good. But food usually room temp. Nursing and aides almost non existant would rate a minus 1 but not available. Poor care and bad attitudes. Heard numerous complaints from other patients of theft and verbal abuse, making patients afraid to report. Overall worst experience in my life....Would never go back!

Response: I totally agree with your evaluation of this place. My mother was there for three months before she died. It was the most horrible experience for our family.I feel such guilt for not removing her from their abuse.

Response: Yes it was an awful experience for my grandma. The nurses were rude, horrible place.
