So far what I have seen for myself and by speaking to staff and residents,it seems to be a nice place. This was during the day, however the evening when not so many folks around is a different story. A resident was needed assistance getting into bed and pressed the call button as instructed. When no one camr right away I walked to the nurses station where I found one preparing meds, and the other taking a personal call on her cell phone while the alarm light was sounding and light blinking. I was told we will get to it shortly. Well if something happens to my loved one during their deamed shortly time ( their phone time) I will see to it that they will have plenty of time to talk on their phone because they will no longer be taking care of patients, that oh by the way are paying for these folks to answer their red light calls promptly, and help them when needed.
