User Reviews

07/22/2016  -  An Interested Visitor Writes:

My dad has Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, for the most part they are friendly, but have found they are poor on follow up with instructions for clients, such as if they are to have a described amount of walking durning the day because of congestive heart failure, and compression hose to be worn daily, many times they are not returned from laundry for several days or just not paying attention. They are also vague on what personal items residence can have in their room. They are also tell you a policy regarding your loved one but follow thru is poor. Very disappointed with how they handle visitors coming to visit your loved one that are complete strangers to them, in addition to not knowing our family member that person brought him food from outside the facility and letting them eat it.

In all I was fairly happy with them but now am disappointed with their security and violation of hippa compliance.
