Our mother was in skilled side. Her care was very poor including poor medication management, developed large sore that staff were unaware of until family discovered & pointed out. Rehab for knee surgery was extremely poor w Physical Therapist spending more time on cell phone with personal calls than providing rehab. Would not recommend for skilled needs for rehab.

Response: My mother is a resident. I recently found out that a resident gentleman was left in a shower alone. He fell and struck his head. No one came when the cord was pulled. I found this also as my mother has summoned a nurse or cna with pulling the cord but got no response. The staff is too few. And the just raised rates to $200 per day. Yikes!

Response: One other note. Learned they lost accreditation with medicare.
