The Doctor suggested we took our Mother here for rehab. She fractured her back. Spent 3 weeks there. She was a changed woman for the worse. Brian told us she walked the bar and when we picked her up to leave she couldn't even stand up in her wheelchair. We came to visit her 4 days in a row and everyday she had the same clothes on. We had to complain about it to get anything done. We notice the last 2 days she had the same clothes on. They over medicated her. Since she has left Carondelet Manor rehad we now have to spend more time putting her back together. It was all about the medcaid money. They suggested to us to keep her there until the plateau was up. We will never bring her back to Carondelet Manor again. Her doctor sucks.

As a visitor at the facility, i thought the facility was filthy. The rooms were not clean, there was dust on the handrails in the hallway along with trash in them. The rooms smelt like urine, the carpet stinks of urine. The overall smell of the fcility was gross and when you see the housekeeping supervisor walking down the halls spraying ar freshner to cover up the odor that is not appealing. The staff is rude including the Don and the nursing coordinator. They both have a very nasty attitude and I would not let them take care of a dog. None of the nursing staff is helpful at all. The residents smell of urine and body odor as if they are not getting bathed. You can hear the staff all the way down the hall laughing and joking and making rude and obnoxious comments, even cursing at times.
