12/28/2009  -  An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes:

My sister is currently a resident here and I am working to get her moved. This place is awful! The staff are undereducated, overworked and rude. DO NOT bring your loved one here! Over the holidays I picked up my sister and I had previously called two days before hand to make sure she would be ready, she was not showered, had a cold, her face was broken out and had a cough that sounded like bronchitis. I was so livid that when I brought her back I only mentioned the cough for fear that I would blow my top and accomplish nothing and possibly put her in danger. She will be gone from there this week.
