User Reviews

01/13/2011  -  An OurParents User Writes:

staff is not very friendly, cleanliness is below average, and quality of care in my opinion could certainly be better

Response: I agree with you on all of the above! Biggest issue they have with the staff is the nursing dept, they need a new DON, one that might actually do her job, then maybe there wouldn't be so many problems with the quality of care. It is very sad to me that the residents are the ones that pay the price for poor management as this facility.

Response: I just found this and am late responding. But reviews from many others would cast suspicion on this review. I am interested in learning more if the individual would like to contact me. However, I do not think this reflects the true care at this facility. I would invite others to please research this facility and not base their opinion based on this report. Steven Jones, President.

you do not want your elderly family member here. Just because they are baptist does not mean the help. I MAY or may not have worked here but I can guarantee that some individuals that work there are not courteous or respectful to your loved ones. And if someone takes up for their right...the bad help fires them. :(

Response: I have to agree with this comment! There seems to be quite a bit of very bad things that happen here that seems to get ignored or covered up. I certainly would not put my loved one in this home. Everything on the surface looks to be excellent but trust me it is not! You are certainly correct about the staffing comment. The bad people always seem to prevail at that place. Please think twice about putting your loved one in this facility!

Response: Again, I think the reviewer is unfair in their opinion and would challenge any person to visit this campus and talk directly with the residents and care staff. In some cases these postings may be from a disgruntled employee. Steven Jones, President
