Theft of resident's belongings is rampant here. Clothing disappears within 10-14 days of placing them in the wardrobe, all with her name in permanent marker. Checking the laundry revealed a bag of clothing hidden under pillows. Guess that is where it disappears.

Cold to warm meals; nursing staff not adequately trained to operate or contact oxygen services for assistance on poorly working equipment, be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes for staff to respond to call lights. Express therapy services are good but nursing, dietary needs are in need of much improvement. As a former health care provider with 18+ years experience in nursing care and quality assurance committees in Long-term and Alzehimers care I am deeply disappointed.
