11/21/2012 An OurParents User Writes: Rosewood Care Center of St Louis is an average sized, for profit, nursing home with 120 beds based in Saint Louis, MO. At last check, the facility had 90 residents indicating that it is 75% occupied which is about average within the state of Missouri. The provider accepts both medicare and medicaid programs, and provides resident counseling services.

09/25/2012 An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes: My Grandmother had broken her hip, and several doctors had told me that she wouldn't be able to walk again, and that she needed to be in a nursng home for the rest of her life. At Rosewood St Louis the care and rehab they provided was excellent, and my grandmother has been home and getting around on her own for 3 months now!! At Rosewood they told me they really do care, and it shows. I would reccomend Rosewood to anyone who needs skilled nursing for there loved one.
