I would like to share our family experience. My family member has dealt with a lot of sickness in the last past 7years. He has had to used several skilled facilities in the area. Springfield Rehab has been outstanding. No Odors, caring and skilled staff. The administration worked with my family to make sure the care was affordable. Please remember that there is no place like home, but Springfield rehab works hard at making their facility feel like home.

Dr.Rosen is a very rude dr. and I wonder how he treats his pt. We will never send anyone back here as long as Rosen is here. Springfield Rehab has very hard workers there and have been good to us.

I would not recommend this place to anybody. The staff violate HIPPA laws, they don't care about the patients and they are lacking in personal hygeine skills.
The administrator I could go on about for days, selfish horrible person who could care less about anybody except herself. It's no wonder the staff is so unhappy here.

Response: They were good when they used Medi-Transit. The administrator has 3 "personnel workers " that have startup companies she funded. It is against federal law to funnel patients.

Nice employees. if your looking for a rehab, this is NOT what you want. atmosphere is a nursing home. loud patients, confused patients wondering rehab halls. rehab patients will eat in dining room with nursing home residents.staff is slow to respond to your needs: pain pill, rest room, call light etc.

Had a great experience in this home. The staff was caring and the therapy got me home faster than I expected.

I can't believe that mthe employees get to smoke inside the building, while the patients have to go outside in the cold, rain, and heat.
