The facility constantly smelled of urine. The doctor and nurses preferred doping up my mother with drugs to keep her quiet rather than giving her adequate attention. The nurses did not communicate well at turnover and did not follow family instructions well. They did respond when confronted but constant attention was necessary on the part of the family.
