At last check, the facility had 115 residents indicating that it is 77% occupied which is about average within the state of Montana. The provider accepts both medicare and medicaid programs, and provides resident counseling services.

04/25/2011 An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes: care is almost nonexistent. every time i visit my wife i have to get a nurse to clean her and change her colostomy bag and tubing. on several occasions i have had to get them to change her bedding as it was dirty and they claimed it was just changed. what a crappy way to run a business.
