The provider accepts both medicare and medicaid programs, and provides resident counseling services.

a very sad situation for our dear loved ones...the people that provide the care at bozeman health and rehab better hope they are never put into a facility like this one....one thought comes to mind....you can put lipstick on a pig....but its still a pig!!!{A.K.A.evergreen} the staff needs to learn compassion..and treat people how they want to be treated!!!!
