Very unhappy with this nursing home

I believe that certain staff members could be more friendly. The DON sometimes seems like she doesn't care about the residents or her staff. There are a few RNs that also treat the staff members like they are incompetent. The majority of the aides and med aides are very helpful and friendly.

In-home care delivers the services seniors need to maintain their independence at home. The help you'll find at assisted living communities is offered as necessary, with the goal of supplying the support services required to stay as self-sufficient as possible.
