03/26/2012 An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes: Very unhappy with this nursing home

11/16/2011 An OurParents User Writes: I believe that certain staff members could be more friendly. The DON sometimes seems like she doesn't care about the residents or her staff. There are a few RNs that also treat the staff members like they are incompetent. The majority of the aides and med aides are very helpful and friendly.
