The price is too high for an older facility. No pool or water amenities.

The apartments are nice, but the facility is too expensive for the Omaha area.

What is happening in this apartment building is a progressive effort by the corporation to rob seniors. It's a nice place, but the company is predatory. Stay away!

Too expensive. The services are hit and miss. we thought this was an answer, but the property is very overpriced, probably why they don't put the price on the website?

A lot of hype, too much money.

I agree that the rent is way to high. People do not stay long. This is sad.

this residence is way overpriced. there are few amenities and the gym is terrible. It's a nice little apartment if you want to pay more than $2,000 a month just for a small apartment. they also don't publish their prices, and I always wondered if we were getting ripped off. In the area comparable apartments are $1,100. they need to get their prices down to size or this building will always be filled with vaca nicest.

This is not a facility for anyone who is not an independent senior. On the other hand, there is hardly anyone under 65 yrs. old who lives here. The building was first a nonprofit community but is now taken over by an investment company. Rents immediately went up more than 50%! The rent is really too high for a building of this age. There is no security and the office is closed nights and weekends.
