This company has the worst Health Care Nurses in the area. A woman named Stella recruits in my building and for a year has tried to get me to switch from Sonoma to All Caring. The first nurse they sent me kept asking me questions like how did medicare approve a power chair for me and why I switched back to Atenelol for my high blood pressure. She didn't accept my answers and I didn't feel the need to be interrogated so I asked for another nurse. Rose was the second nurse. I must say she was the best nurse I've had since I've been in Las Vegas. She really cared, followed up on what my doctor wanted, took her shoes of when she entered the apartment and did all the things a good nurse should. In jest I made a comment about her breast being small and she refused to come back after that. She's a fifty years old woman, that comment should not have affected her like that but it caused Stella to lie and things went downhill after that. They sent a young fat nurse a couple of weeks ago but she arrived 25 minutes late, no apology and tracked dirt onto the carpet from the parking area. The she brought out this 9.95 toy from Walgreen's to take my blood pressure. I measured it against mine and it was 30 points off. Very unprofessional. So was the racist comment she made on her way out.
The next nurse was Cecelia. She was good as far as nursing goes but yesterday, when she was supposed to return, she didn't show up. I had told her last month I would be in San Francisco for a couple of weeks but I really needed the time to find another home care service.
Yesterday they had this flip @#$% call me 4 or 5 times. Each time he came up with a bigger lie, first he was a nurse, then a doctor. He showed up at my door two hours later and said he was taking a survey. Stalking. Very unprofessional.
Sonoma and United both approved a nurse for twice a week as well as a respiratory therapist twice a week. I will find out next week if Homebound will match their offer then decide. Lenora was a good nurse from Sonoma but she moved back to Los Angeles with her daughter. Medicare will only give All Caring one day a week for me. I guess they are on Medicare probation.
One mistake Rose did make was transferring my prescription to Family Care Pharmacy, their flip buddy. When I needed a re-fill they refused to transfer my prescriptions back to Smith's, even though it was an emergency. I had to contact my insurance to have them reject all claims from that pharmacy. Then I reported them to Medicare.
All Caring should change their name to Non-Caring.
